A soldier came home and surprised his mom in the Watsonville agricultural fields. According to a family member who was there to capture the special moment, Seaman Daniel Perez Rubio hasn’t been home in nearly two years. Rubio is a K-9 handler with the Navy and has been stationed in the Middle East.
