The quaint three-bedroom, one-bath home spans 1,240 square feet. It features a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, an updated bath and a converted attached garage that can be used as a bedroom. There is also a fun outdoor space with a patio and pergola for outdoor entertaining as well as raised vegetable garden boxes. A detached separate studio can be used as an office or exercise space.
