Frightening video shows lightning strike barely missing Florida man

Cassie Williams says she was just getting home when her neighbor told her lightning hit this palm tree. So we pulled up the video, camera footage on our cell phones and we were able to capture the video. It was quite scary and we definitely all went inside after that, but it was even scarier for her neighbor, Bruce. Van Horn, who was bringing in the trash. Can you can see him here walking into his garage, been in hand four seconds later. Well, he felt the house shake and he heard like *** loud bang from you know close by. He wasn’t sure where it had hit. But Van Horn didn’t know this bolt was all caught on camera. So we showed it to him. So that’s your house right there. I was right inside the garage door when that happened there, it is, it’s *** little scary. Not only did Van Horn see it, but he felt it felt like an impact of *** big blast of air. As for the tree you would think it would look *** lot worse, but it just got *** little burnt. That’s the closest I’ve ever been to *** lightning strike and I want to get any closer
